Cancellation & Returns Policy

1. How do returns work?

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Condition of Goods: Please avoid any damage to the goods or getting them dirty. Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and packaging components.

  • Packaging: Use protective outer packaging to prevent damage during transit. If you no longer have the original outer box, please ensure the item is adequately protected.

  • Shipping Method: Do not return goods "freight collect" (C.O.D. for shipping fees). The sender must prepay all shipping charges.

  • Identification: To speed up processing, please include the Serial Number (found on the underside of the seat) and your VAT Invoice in your return request.

2. When will the return be credited?

  • Processing Time: Please allow approximately 10 to 14 working days for the inspection and processing of your return once it reaches our warehouse.

  • Inspection: Every item is carefully inspected for damage or signs of assembly. If the item is returned in "as-new" condition, the refund will be triggered.

  • Multiple Items: If several items are returned, they may be processed separately.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and regional e-commerce regulations:

A. Return Period

  • You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 7 days (Satisfaction Guarantee) from the day you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods.

  • Defective Goods: If the product is defective or does not match the description, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or full refund as per UAE statutory law.

C. Consequences of Withdrawal

  • Refunds: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a premium delivery method).

  • Processing: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. In accordance with UAE banking regulations, please allow for standard inter-bank processing times.

  • Retention of Refund: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back and inspected their condition.

D. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Shipping rates in the UAE vary by Emirate and carrier.

  • Defective Items: If the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, the Seller will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a free collection.

  • Liability: You are responsible for ensuring the goods reach us safely. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. General Notes

  1. Original State: Please return the goods in their original state. Items that have been fully assembled, used, or damaged by the customer may be rejected or subject to a Restocking Fee (up to 20%).
