Refund & Return Policy

 

1. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract within the allowed period (7–14 days as per our policy), we shall refund all payments received from you, including the initial standard delivery costs.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the day we receive the notification of withdrawal.

  • Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card). For Cash on Delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to the customer’s UAE bank account.

  • Hold on Refunds: We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received at our UAE warehouse and inspected for condition.

2. Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period expires.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Direct Costs: You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Local courier rates in the UAE vary by Emirate.

  • Carrier Choice: You are free to choose any local courier (Aramex, Fetchr, etc.). Please ensure the service includes tracking.

  • Liability: You are responsible for ensuring the goods reach our warehouse in good condition. We are not liable for items lost or damaged by your chosen courier during transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

4. General Notes for Returns

  1. Condition: Please avoid any damage or stains. Return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and components. Use protective outer wrapping if the original outer box is no longer available.

  2. No Freight Collect: We do not accept returns sent "Freight Collect" (C.O.D. for shipping fees).

  3. Serial Number: For faster processing, please provide the Serial Number (LE-Nr.) found on the underside of the seat in your withdrawal declaration.
