Atomic Gaming Offers 2 year warranty on all its seats 

All seats from RECARO Gaming are made in Germany and meet the highest standards of performance, ergonomics, comfort and safety. Manufacturing in Germany enables short supply and value chains, which, like the materials used, ensure greater environmental compatibility than is the case with imported products, for example. 

The majority of the materials used in our seats bear the EU Ecolabel, and all materials have also been tested for harmful substances. This means that they are harmless to human ecology. Buyers therefore do not have to worry about their health when it comes to our textiles. Another plus point is the protection of the environment. Our product packaging and instructions are optimized in terms of size, material and volume, thus contributing to a low carbon footprint. We have also explicitly reduced the use of paper and plastic to a minimum.

Declaration of Warranty

1. Statutory Rights and Scope

The products of ATOMIC AUTO SPARE PARTS TRADING LLC (hereinafter "the Seller") are subject to the mandatory statutory warranty laws of the United Arab Emirates (Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection).

In addition to your statutory rights, we grant private end-consumers who purchase a new seat via our official UAE Webshop (https://atomic-gaming-ae.myshopify.com) a voluntary extended warranty as described below. This warranty is applicable only to non-commercial, domestic use within the UAE.

2. Warranty Period and Coverage

The warranty is valid for a period of 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase. It applies to newly purchased seats and covers:

  • Freedom from defects at the time of delivery.

  • Full mechanical functionality of the seat.

  • Freedom from material or production defects.

Note: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

3. Prerequisites for Warranty Claims

To claim warranty services, the customer must:

  1. Provide the original VAT Invoice or Delivery Note.

  2. State the Model Name and Serial Number (LE-Nr. / HU-Nr.) found on the underside of the seat.

  3. Submit a detailed description of the defect, including clear photos and/or video evidence.

  4. Send the claim to: info@atomic-gaming.ae or via our official WhatsApp support channel.

4. Warranty Services and Logistics Fees

If a defect occurs within the warranty period, the Seller will, at its discretion, repair the item, exchange it for an equivalent item, or provide spare parts.*From the date of purchase. Prices are inclusive of 5% VAT.

5. Inspection and Unauthorized Returns

  • Service Fee: If an inspection reveals that the issue is not covered by the warranty (e.g., user-inflicted damage), a service fee of AED 400 may be charged for processing and inspection.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Customers must not return goods without prior express consent. The Seller will commission the collection.

  • Futile Journeys: We reserve the right to charge the customer for unsuccessful collection attempts caused by the customer’s absence.

6. Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • a. Improper Use: Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, exceeding weight limits, or failure to follow care instructions.

  • b. Environmental Influences: Damage caused by extreme climatic conditions (e.g., direct exposure to intense UAE sunlight/UV, high humidity, or outdoor use), sand/dust accumulation, or animals.

  • c. Careless Handling: Impact damage, tears in fabric, or scratches caused by sharp objects.

  • d. Wear and Tear: Parts subject to normal wear (e.g., castors, surface fabrics, or slight mechanical play in 4D armrests).

  • e. Unauthorized Repairs: Interventions by the customer or third parties not authorized by the Seller.

  • f. Natural Materials: Natural characteristics of leather (scars, grain variations, and wrinkles) are signs of authenticity and not defects.

  • g. Non-Functional Damage: Aesthetic damage that does not impair the seat's function.
