Shipping & Delivery (UAE Adaptation)

 

1. To which Emirates do we ship?

We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates, covering all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Note: Deliveries to specific remote areas (Western Region of Abu Dhabi, etc.) may be subject to additional scheduling.

2. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within the UAE are calculated as follows (inclusive of 5% VAT):

  • RECARO Exo, Nxt, and Aer: AED 100 per unit for Dubai, AED 150 per unit for other Emirates.

  • Accessories (Cleaning set, headrest): AED 50 per order.

  • Combined Orders: The highest shipping cost is charged only once per order.

  • Free Shipping: Optional: We offer free shipping on orders above AED 3000.

3. How will my order be delivered?

Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched via our local logistics partners (e.g., Aramex, DHL UAE, or our private fleet).

  • Delivery Point: Standard delivery is made to the ground floor/kerbside.

  • Assembly Service: If you require assembly inside your premises, please select the "Professional Assembly" option at checkout for an additional fee of AED 100.

4. What is included in the scope of delivery?

Your seat is supplied complete in one large reinforced package. This includes:

  • Seat unit and backrest.

  • Both armrests and the base (5-star).

  • Castors, gas spring, and fastening elements.

  • Operating & assembly instructions.

  • Important: Please inspect the box for any visible damage upon arrival before signing the delivery note.

5. How do I order a seat?

You can order directly through our UAE online store. Payments can be made via Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, or BNPL (Tabby/Tamara).
