  • Processing: Your order is processed immediately. The amount is captured upon order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Exclusively for our customers within the UAE, we offer Cash on Delivery for orders up to AED 5,000.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready.

  • Our couriers may also offer "Card on Delivery" via mobile terminal (please check availability for your area).

Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

Simple and reliable. You can transfer the total amount to our UAE Bank Account.

  • Instructions: You will receive our IBAN and Swift code after selecting this method at checkout.

  • Processing: Once we receive the funds (usually 1-2 business days), we will issue your shipping confirmation.

PayPal

Safe and global. Use your existing PayPal account. We usually receive payment confirmation immediately, allowing us to ship your order right away.

  • Note: If payment is not confirmed within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

 

 

UAE Legal Compliance Notes:

  1. VAT Invoicing: Every payment will be followed by a Tax Invoice sent to your email, displaying our TRN (Tax Registration Number).

  2. Currency: All payments are processed in AED. If you use a foreign card, your bank may apply exchange rate fees.

  3. Refunds: In accordance with UAE Central Bank regulations, refunds for card payments can only be credited back to the original card used for the purchase.
